Ruslan with Element Real Estate was amazing. We were relocating from Florida, and had very little knowledge of the area. We are also quite picky, which we know can be a challenge for a realtor. So, we were extremely lucky to find someone able to truly understand what we were looking for, and with the patience and diligence to make our relocation as seamless as possible. He went above and beyond at every turn. For example, we are not used to snowy conditions, and were very concerned about road conditions. Before we put an offer on our eventual house, he actually drove around shooting video so we could see the roads (since we were looking remotely), and even showed us the visibility around some of the turns! Every aspect of our housing search was like this. Everything was tailored to what we needed during a very nerve-racking remote search. Looking for a house remotely really pushed the boundaries of what should be expected of a realtor, and Ruslan always helped out as if it was nothing. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.

We have always bought and sold without a realtor. This time however, we were so busy and the transaction timeline seemed overwhelming. We thought back to how many years , Dan actually counciled out of buying a home that wasn't right for us. That thatreminded they us that they are in it for the long game. They want lifelong clients and they want to truly represent your best interests. There are no words to express how wonderful this entire team is. Buying and selling is stressful. These guys are all excellent communicators and worked hard for us from start to finish. They managed to place a successful offer on contingency, sell our home in DAYS, and move us in to our new home in a MONTH while we continued to work full-time and raise our boys. We worked with Dan, Jess, Tanner, Jeremy, and Michelle. Each has a unique skill set and together they are an all-star team. There is no way we could have pulled this off without their counciling and legwork. They are all extremely competent, motivated, thoughtful, and kind.
