Williston is rapidly growing with a number of developments popping up around town. Finney Crossing is a mixed-use development with a new Healthy Living Market, 3-story Hilton Hotel and both single level condos and multi-level townhomes. Cottonwood Crossing, Creek’s Edge, and North Ridge, will add over 100 more units in the next few years.

Maple Tree Place provides numerous dining and retail options. The center green hosts a Summer Music Series where residents can picnic and enjoy free music on cool summer nights. The historic village of Williston lies a few minutes east of the retail district and provides the classic Vermont town center so many people look for. Commutes to Burlington, Montpelier, and greater Vermont are a breeze from Williston considering the easy access to I-89 on and off ramps.

Williston offers fresh air with suburban conveniences. Beyond shopping and retail, Catamount Outdoor Family Center provides residents and visitors with a 500-acre outdoor playground. Cross country skiing, mountain biking, trail running, fat biking, and snowshoeing are all a short drive away.
